my best friend was the one that introduced me to them, about a year before the resignation came out, and our little circle of friends back home (im off at college now) have always agreed that they are our favorite band. everyone outside of that small group, though, never seems to like them. ive tried every method i can think of for introducing people to their music, but nothing ever seems to work. its so frustrating when no one wants to listen to my favorite band...

i shit ton of my friends like the bandits now, even go to shows with me... most prob wont buy the CD, but will bump it. i think at least 10 friends have becoming fans enough to go to their shows.

It's kind of weird for me. Almost every female I've introduced them to loves them. Very, very few males have. My girlfriend is the only one who's not very into them, and her favorite musician is Lou Reed, so what does that tell you? ha.
